ABOUT ME

Ever since I was little, stories have captivated me as a way of escaping. I’d spend hours writing childish tales on paper only to hide them around the house like a treasure. My favorite genres have always been thrillers, romances, and fairy tales, but I often struggle to find books that effortlessly blend the intrigue of a thriller with the raw, real, and deeply human interactions that exist in everyday life. It’s messy, complicated, and beautiful—all the things I adore. So, I now write the stories I want to read.

As a disabled Navy veteran living with multiple sclerosis, I’ve learned firsthand the importance of resilience and the value of storytelling as a way to connect and heal. My goal is to raise awareness through compassion about mental health and shine a light on the struggles faced by underprivileged communities, like the one I grew up in.

When I’m not entertaining my followers with bits of writing humor, unhinged reviews, or relatable memes, I’m with my husband and our five children. Together, we share a love of reading, travel, and camping.

Above all, I hope to inspire my kids with the knowledge that at any age, they can follow their dreams and make their own fairy tales come true.
